New York State

requires all PWC and Jet Ski operators to complete a course in boating safety

**New York State has raised the minimum age to operate a PWC (Personal Water Craft) or Jet Ski to 14 years of age.

ABC (America's Boating Course) is recommended by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and meets requirements for PWC, Jet Ski & Boat Operation in New York State.

(ABC is also recognized throughout the U.S. as a safe boating course and approved by the U.S. Coast Guard and the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators)

 


SAFE BOATING COURSES
U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary courses provide instruction to boaters at all levels, from the fundamental to the advanced. Our courses are taught by experienced and knowledgeable instructors committed to the highest standards of the U.S. Coast Guard.
